How can a Project Manager help your business?
Taking a PM approach to business or a new venture is a great way to set yourself up for success. Project Management requires clear and effective communication (much like leadership!), and in many cases or projects this means having the ability to understand, collect, distil and present complex ideas in an easy-to-grasp way.
Giving your organisation this capacity to communicate can be highly valuable and often pays dividends beyond the (relatively) simple delivery of successful projects.
Having said that, not every business is in the position to employ a permanent Project Manager, and many that do probably didn't need to.
